Why we use it
To answer enquiries and prepare quotations (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract).
To perform our contracts for procurement, transport, insurance and customs services.
To meet our legal obligations, including record-keeping, sanctions screening and know-your-customer checks.
To keep this website secure (our legitimate interests).
Who we share it with
Only where needed to deliver a service or meet a legal obligation: our sister company TSKF Group Ltd, carriers, forwarders, insurers, customs brokers and authorities, our hosting and email providers, our professional advisers and banks. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are kept for up to 24 months. Contract and transaction records are kept for at least six years after the end of the financial year to which they relate, as required by Irish law.
